Sales and Return

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you require your order to be changed. Most pieces at BURGG are crafted and tailored to suit your design, size and finish. If this period has been left for to long within the production process fees will apply. Any request of changes must be done in written form.

If you have received a confirmation of your order, you must contact us directly within 24 hours so that we do not proceed with the production of your piece. Depending on the status of production fees may apply.

We do not accept returns or offer a refund or exchange for change of mind or incorrect items purchased. Please email info@burgg.com.au or contact us with any questions for our friendly team to assist you with your inquiry. We are able to provide samples of material to assist you in making the correct decision with your purchase.

If you have missed your delivery of goods a re-delivery charge will apply. If you suddenly cannot be present to receive your delivery please contact us directly as soon as possible.

Delivery fees will be based on the location and volume of your order and will be an additional cost to your product.
